Due to changes in U.S. customs policy, the United States has cancelled the De Minimis duty-free threshold for shipments from all countries. Starting August 2025, import duties will apply to all shipments. Based on our current understanding, U.S. Customs may levy import duties of up to approximately 20%, depending on the shipment.
Please note that any applicable taxes, including import duties, VAT, or other taxes required by your destination country, are not included in the prices shown on our official website. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid in full. Failure to do so may result in the shipment being unable to clear customs and be delivered.
To comply with the new U.S. tax policy and ensure faster delivery, U.S. orders will now ship via DHL expedited delivery with a shipping fee of NT$1,500.
📦U.S. Shipping Method & Important Information
DHL
- Estimated delivery time: East Coast: 2–4 business days / West Coast: 1–3 business days
- Once the shipment arrives at U.S. Customs, delivery will be temporarily held.
- DHL will notify you via email or mobile phone to collect: The actual import duty amount, plus a Duty Advance Service Fee (approx. USD $17.50), and a Logistics Supervision Fee (approx. USD $1.35). Delivery will resume after all required charges are paid.
- If payment is not completed promptly, the shipment cannot proceed to final delivery. *Actual delivery times are subject to customs clearance and logistics operations.
❗ Important Notes
- We do not accept returns resulting from refusal to pay import duties.
- If customs clearance fails due to the consignor/consignee refusing to pay duties or being unreachable by the carrier, and the package is forcibly returned, all handling fees, shipping costs, and related expenses will be borne by the buyer.
- Under the above circumstances, we are unable to offer order cancellations, returns, refunds, or compensation.
