ORDER-RELATED
Orders will be arranged for shipment from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be scheduled for shipment on the following day.
Once the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail in your registered e-mail. If you haven't received it, please check your spam/junk folder.
As for overseas orders, please provide and verify your full English name as it appears in your passport, along with your shipping address and contact number before making a purchase. If the address is in Chinese, please provide it in Chinese characters.
Please ensure to provide the correct recipient information when placing an order. If we are unable to arrange a shipment due to incomplete recipient information, we will contact you within 2 working days (excluding public holidays). If we are unable to reach you within 2 days, MONA FREMA will cancel the order and initiate a refund without any further notice.
If any unsuccessful delivery results in the parcel being returned to Taiwan due to incorrect recipient information, we will cancel your order without prior notice. A refund will be processed based on the amount of the order, excluding shipping fees (courier service charges).
Free shipping standards do not apply to orders with discount promotions or shopping credit amounts.

PARCEL TRACKING
Once your parcel is scheduled for shipment, the system will notify you via email along with the international tracking number for you to track the delivery status. You can track your parcel status by visiting the Taiwan Chunghwa Post/SF-Express website using your tracking number.
DUTIES & TAXES
Any customs duties and other applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay due to the regulations of the recipient's country.
The checkout amount and refund amount are both based on New Taiwan Dollars(TWD/NTD). Any currency exchange rate fluctuations resulting in a difference will be borne by the consumer.
