Full Restoration of EMS Shipping Services to the USA Following New Customs Regulations
Great news for Mona Frema USA members! Starting on June 3, 2026, shipping services from Taiwan to the United States (via Chunghwa Post) have been fully restored.
Starting from August 29, 2025, the United States government suspended the de minimis tariff exemption for low-value goods. Under this mandate, all imported merchandise with a total value up to USD $800 (inclusive) is subject to customs duties, which must be fully cleared and settled before entering US Customs.
Consequently, for any parcels bound for the US with contents valued at or below USD $800, import duties must be prepaid prior to dispatch. US Customs will only process import clearance and subsequent delivery once this requirement is met.
To comply with the latest US customs regulations and ensure the seamless clearance of our members' packages, the Mona Frema Global Official Website has officially integrated Chunghwa Post services starting June 3, 2026. Once your parcel successfully clears customs, it will be handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final local delivery.

⚠️ Important Notice & Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)
Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs inspection efficiency and local postal logistics operations.
The shipping fees listed above are inclusive of both base freight and the prepaid small-packet customs duties.
If the total value of the items in a single order exceeds USD $800, any additional duties and taxes incurred upon arrival in the US will be collected directly from the recipient by the USPS at the time of delivery.
Please review these terms carefully before finalizing your order. We absolutely do not accept any returns or order cancellations due to a refusal to pay customs duties.
If a package is forcibly returned to us because the purchaser/recipient refuses to pay customs duties, or because the carrier is unable to contact the recipient—thereby stalling the clearance process—all generated processing fees, return freight, and associated costs shall be fully borne by the buyer.
Under any of the aforementioned circumstances, requests for order cancellations, product returns, refunds, or compensation will not be honored. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Thank you for your continuous support and cooperation.
